We were charged 1800 per head with free dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious and provided with 3 double beds.The bedsheet was not clean,bathroom's plumbing was not proper, sitout area was dirty and were not painted properly.Room service was poor actually no staffs were there for room service and they do not have a phone to call the reception. Food was average,pool was exelent, we din c DJ as we were in the market at that time. Overall experience was ok but could be a lot better if rooms were properly maintained...

Our expectation of this place was of a quaint calm place in middle of dense forests with some old architecture to enjoy. But it was not to be. The property is well located, but it needs a lot of maintenance. Service was good and the food was the best part. But I will give it a miss if I ever go to Matheran again.

We stayed here last week for 2 days. We took deluxe ac room towards road facing.They renovate all the rooms. Now the rooms become more specious and clean. Food is awesome . Staff is cooperative. At evening they arrange dj or magic show.swimming pool is also kept clean regularly by staff.

Had taken rooms behind the reception cabin, were not properly maintained.They hadn't made room ready for a proper check-in.No towels, bathroom fittings were found broken and rusted,very poor room service.Only stars for the food served,that was good.Otherwise not worth to have a pleasant stay.

I was here on 11/12 May. Following are points of review. Location : Excellent location. 5 minutes from station and also from Market. There are no near by resorts to this and hence gives a great experience. Roads to connect to points are near by. Property : Great expansive property with all possible amenities. Pool, Play Area, Relaxing Area. Though they have good number of rooms, it doesnt feel crowded. The dining area is also huge. Staff : Courteous staff, helped us in all possible ways and told the facts. They all agreed to bad conditions of rooms. Rooms : I had opted for deluxe ac room. This is where I had to cut 2 points. Probably shady rooms with dirty bathrooms. They werent cleaned properly. The toilet was leaking from multiple points. The room had signs of pest control. It showed termites active for quite some time. Room was very small in size. Food : Food was good and at a spicier side. But no complains about it. They should really work on room hygiene. It would earn them good points.
